A new offering from Z-Saw, this is an extremely versatile finer universal cutting blade, useful for getting into tight corners. As this is a utility saw it can also be used to cut plastics, and the piercing tooth on the front allows a cut to be started in the centre of a panel (see photograph 6). The folding handle also opens past 180 degrees to protect your fingers in awkward situations (image 7).
Although this blade will fit a wide range of handles (fitting group D as shown in pictures 8 and 9), it is available with the stubby handle in the fifth picture or the super folding handle for this blade, shown in the first 4 photographs.
The additional photographs show how the blade and handle were designed for work in stud walls, and how Japanese craftsmen can carry this saw. If you only need one saw, this could well be it!
If you are not sure whether to get the standard utility blade or this finer one, why not get both? The other blade is available at half price when bought with this folding saw.
Pitch 1.4mm (17 TPI) blade length 200 mm, thickness 0.5 mm, kerf 0.66 mm
