This selection of blades provides something for extra-fine detail woodworking, a wonderful piercing blade for cutting in the centre of the workpiece (see a demonstration video here) and an ultra-fine blade for wood, plastic and non-ferrous metal. An ideal present for anyone undertaking regular detail work. You won't find anyone else in the UK selling these tools, and my exclusive UK price for this package is £50.40 (a saving of more than £10 against individual prices).

Rattan, used as the wrapping on some Z-Saw wooden handles, is in short supply worldwide and this has unfortunately led to price rises. You can, however, choose a non-rattan handle shown in the second image and save £7.20 including VAT: simply change the default in the "handle style" section on the right.

Details of the included blades (all 150 mm long and 0.3 mm thick) are as follows:

H-150 piercing: See the link above for the video. A fantastic blade for cutting slits in boards. Kerf 0.4 mm.

H-150 Dozuki: What a saw! Incredibly thin blade (0.3 mm, kerf 0.46 mm) and fine teeth (25 TPI) leave an edge so smooth you almost feel that final sanding is unnecessary.

H-150 Handy craft blade: Pitch 0.9mm (28 TPI) kerf 0.36mm, and for use on non-ferrous metal such as aluminium, copper and lead, as well as plastic and wood.

For an extra £8 plus VAT you can add a 4th blade to this set: the new H-150 Dozuki hardwood blade, normally selling for £11.50 plus VAT.

Awesome is not too strong a word for the way it cuts.

Who or what is Woodwork Projects, you may ask. My name is Jim Morrison and I run this site as a hobby to satisfy my interests in woodworking and website design. I have been greatly assisted at shows by my wife Maggie and sometimes by a friend as well. My main payment method is PayPal, which provides assurance to potential customers that their money is safe.
